Embark on a journey into the heart of First Nations storytelling during this special Story Time with acclaimed author and illustrator Helen Milroy! She will read a selection of her stories for a morning full of interactive story fun ideal for pre-schoolers.
About the author
Helen Milroy AM is a descendant of the Palyku people of the Pilbara region of Western Australia. She has written and illustrated over a dozen books for children. Her children’s books, Wombat, Mudlark and Other Stories (Fremantle Press, 2019) and Owl and Star (Fremantle Press 2022) were shortlisted for the 2020 and 2022 Western Australian Premier’s Book Awards, respectively.
