Located in the Perth Cultural Centre, just five minutes from Perth Train Station, the State Library of Western Australia offers a variety of bright, welcoming and affordable spaces for your next event. Whether you need a small meeting room or larger venue with capacity up to 207 we have options to suit your needs. Most of our meeting rooms include electronic whiteboards, data projectors with built in projection screens, wifi and optional equipment such as flipchart stands and microphones.
Our State Library Lecture Theatre comes with built in audio visual (AV) equipment that is very simple to use and a Telecoil Hearing Loop (Audio induction Loop) 
.

Bookings & availability
Your access to the venue is strictly only for the duration of your booking (this needs to include your setup and packup times). Please book any required equipment when booking the venue.
The minimum booking duration is 2 hours. Bookings must be made 3 working days (Monday–Friday) in advance.

State Library of WA does not provide in-house catering for food and drink.
Ground+ Co Cafe is run by The Underground collaborative. Visit the Ground+ Co Cafe website to ask about catering.
We also welcome outside caterers.
