For over 35 years, the State Library has worked jointly with Family History WA (FHWA) to help clients meet their family history research needs. Volunteers from FHWA provide extra assistance to family history researchers on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 10am – 1pm in the Genealogy Centre on Level 3.
Please note that this service is run by volunteers and might not always be available.
The State Library runs monthly Family History Talk and Tours, and Aboriginal Family History Sessions.
