Brett Canét-Gibson Contemporary portraits of community members with Chinese heritage

Brett Canét-Gibson is an Australian photographer and creative director who has produced numerous photo and editorial essays for both national and international publications.

These portrait images, juxtaposed with black and white photographs of Chinese migrants taken from 1900 to 1927 by Denis Dease were used in the exhibition "Kiss the Sun, Marry the Moon" organised by the Office of Multicultural Interests and held at Elizabeth Quay in Perth during Chinese New Year, 2017.
