Book Boogie is a young person's creative play and story-time experience where storytelling takes centre stage. Using empty books with imaginative titles, Book Boogie engages participants in narrative-driven activities that encourage young people to create new stories through written words, illustrations, and performance.
Book Boogie is a bright, welcoming activation that invites children and their families into the magic of books through the art of contemporary clowning. Part story time, part imagination station. Book. Boogie creates a playful space for children to explore characters, ideas, and emotions from books in surprising and delightful ways. It’s not only performance — it’s an opportunity to enter the world of a story through games, sensory play, creative prompts, and gentle guidance by clown librarians.
Each experience last about 20 mins.
