Library programming for preschool-aged children A toolkit for public libraries

The toolkit, available as a PDF below, has been developed to assist public library staff who would like to introduce or enhance early literacy programs offered by their library.

This toolkit offers a framework for public libraries to develop early literacy programs for children aged 0-5. It includes tips and strategies for launching new programs, as well as a directory of existing programs to help libraries implement similar initiatives within their services.
