Fremantle Press and Alphabet Soup Books are delighted to welcome you to the launch of If I Could Eat the Stars, the latest poetry collection for middle readers.

Newman and Sally Murphy, and illustrated by Briony Stewart, If I Could Eat the Stars is the perfect tool for parents and teachers to introduce young readers to the wonderful world of poetry, making it both exciting and accessible. This anthology provides an opportunity to engage young people through performance, creative writing, art, and word play.  

Join us for an afternoon of storytelling where we will hear from some of the fantastic contributors: Cheryl Kickett-Tucker, Jake Dennis, Cristy Burne, Amber Moffat, Nadia L. King, Sally Murphy and Rebecca M. Newman, and the illustrator Briony Stewart.
