Have you visited or interacted with the State Library in the past six months? If so, we’d love you to share your experience with us by completing our client survey. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for everyone who uses our building and digital platforms.
The survey is multiple-choice and should only take five to ten minutes. We want to hear from you, no matter how you use the State Library.
By completing the survey, you can enter the prize draw to win one of ten $100 Coles Myer vouchers.
The State Library serves to enrich the lives of all Western Australians by collecting, preserving and sharing physical and digital collections that reflect the State’s rich diversity and history, supporting digital inclusion, and providing welcoming spaces for the community.

The survey opens on 13 April and closes at 5pm (WST) on 26 April 2026.
