2025 Library Board Awards Nominations open

The 2025 Library Board of Western Australia Awards for Innovation and Collaboration are now open for nominations until Tuesday 27 May 2025.

The Library Board Awards recognise an outstanding service, event, program, piece of research or partnership completed in 2024 by any person, library or organisation in Western Australia.

The award will be presented in two categories:

Small Regional ($5,000 cash, certificate and publicity)

Metropolitan and Large Regional ($5,000, certificate and publicity)

The library must serve a metropolitan local government or regional local government with a resident population of more than 10,000 people.

For school, university libraries and special libraries, the judges will consider the location of any campuses/offices and the size of the enrolled student population/number of employees in determining what category the nomination will be considered for.

 Nominations close 27 May 2025

The winners will be announced in late July 2025 at an event at the State Library of Western Australia.
