- Five ACROD bays on the ground level, two ACROD bays on the basement level.
- All ACROD parking bays located next to lifts with access to Perth Cultural Centre and the State Library.
Ground Level
- Three ACROD bays located adjacent to the Francis St entrance. The parking bays are next to the CPP customer service office and pay stations.
- Two ACROD bays in the middle section of ground level, lift access to Perth Cultural Centre. Pay station at 70 metres distance.
Basement Level
- Two ACROD bays in the middle section of basement level, lift access to Perth Cultural Centre. Pay station at 50 metres distance.
