Access to the West Australian Digital Archive & West Australian Daily Edition

Due to a change in Seven West Media’s licensing terms, from 18th December 2023 The West Australian Digital Archive and West Australian Daily Edition will only be accessible when using State Library computers within the State Library building. You can no longer access The West Australian newspaper in its original format from home.

We know this is disappointing for many of our members. The State Library has a wide range of eNewspapers and eMagazines available that can be accessed from home with your State Library membership on platforms including:

You can still access full-text articles from The West Australian via NewsBank.
