The Land continued

Central to the story of the land in Western Australia is the pastoral industry. It is important to tell the story of wool production, and the sheep and cattle stations spread across the State. The history of the State's north is reflected in this story as well as in the agricultural development of Carnarvon and the Ord River
By the end of the twentieth century Western Australia had become a major Australian primary producer, contributing to the national economy, generating millions of dollars in exports.
