‘….because every picture tells a story…’

Be inspired by the wealth of stories drawn from your own photographs, ephemera and artworks. Bring photographs, pictures or small items that that tell a story from your past and the State Library will help you and your child or grandchild create a Little Book of Nearly Lost Memories. While sharing your special memories, you will be creating new ones along the way.

This intergenerational, one-on-one activity is an opportunity to share stories from the past with the next generation. You will create a small book that tells your story and makes a wonderful family keepsake.

Please note that each child must be accompanied by an adult with a story to share.

This sessions is recommended for children aged 5-8.

For children 8+ see the session on the 21st April.

Free event. Bookings recommended.
